Hoops Hysteria

My name is De’Quan Smith and I love the game of basketball. I’m currently in my last year of collegiate basketball for the Fredonia men’s basketball team. I started playing basketball when I was 7 years old. The first time I ever picked up a basketball in my backyard and I have loved it ever since. The first team I ever was apart of was called ICC Truth. This was the first time I was exposed to AAU. I played for them all the way up to my last year of high school. Over the years, I have seen and played against some of the best players in the country. Playing AAU has definitely made me a better player. I would recommend it to every child that wants to grow up and be a good basketball athlete.
